Traditional Therapy Sessions
The individual & family rates above apply to Two Lights Therapy Center's standard (also known as traditional) therapy sessions. Traditional therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and are ideally scheduled weekly to maintain a regular rhythm of support. This applies to narcissistic abuse recovery therapy, treatment for narcissistic tendencies, and therapy for insecure attachment.
For those looking to dive a bit deeper, extended, intensive sessions are also available.
WHO MIGHT BENEFIT FROM AN EMOTIONAL ABUSE RECOVERY INTENSIVE?
What is an intensive session?
Standard therapy sessions (50 minutes) provide a structured and effective space for reflection, insight, and growth. However, some clients find that having additional time allows for deeper exploration, more processing, or a greater sense of closure by the end of a session. If you feel longer sessions would be beneficial on your healing journey, we can explore together to see if an extended session option would better fit your needs.
NEURODIVERGENT INDIVIDUALS who might find traditional sessions to be too short and desire more uninterrupted flow at a pace that feels more comfortable.
BUSY PROFESSIONALS OR OTHER INDIVIDUALS WITH LIMITED AVAILABILITY that find weekly therapy difficult to attend.
CLIENTS WITH COMPLEX TRAUMA (CPTSD) who are looking for deeper integration without feeling pressured or rushed by the clock.
